NO RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not accept any returns or refund for any products sold through www.thehappylayers.com. 

Exceptions : 

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 2-3 days of receiving the item. In such cases we will look into the issues and see what can be done from our side. 
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 2-3 days of receiving the package for a possible refund or exchange.
  • Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not delivered by the courier service and return has initiated by them, we will contact you once we receive the parcel and ship the parcel again to you or initiate the refund.

we do  not accept any exchanges for the products that has been sold to you from THE HAPPY LAYERS. In any special cases like you have received the wrong item or any issues with the products kindly contact us within 2-3 days upon receiving the product at thehappylayers@gmail.com. we  will see what can be done with the product.
